Riders receive an RFID wristband at check-in. Readers at the starting dock count laps automatically. The same wristband can control locker access and track equipment rentals. We provide all the hardware.

Most cable parks are fully operational within 1-2 weeks. We handle hardware setup, product and pricing configuration, and staff training.
Two platforms, one company. wakesys 5.0 has run cable and water-ski parks since 2013 and includes RFID wristbands, gate control, lap counting, operator screens, memberships and season passes, gift cards, equipment rental, food-and-beverage ordering and fiscal compliance for Germany and Austria (TSE/EFSTA, RKSV). The new wakesys platform, launched in March 2026, is where all new development happens: online booking, pre-arrival waivers with guardian consent, per-guest claim links, iPad POS, upgrades and rule-based pricing. It does not yet have memberships, gift cards, rental inventory, RFID or the fiscal layer; those are being brought across, with the fiscal layer committed for the start of the 2027 season.
