Absolutely. If you're currently using another booking system and want to switch, show us what you're paying and we'll undercut it. Simple as that.
wakesys charges no transaction fees. You only pay standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + 30¢ for US, varies by region for international). This is the same rate you'd pay using Stripe directly.
You have complete flexibility. Based on our testing, we offer two options: pass a small booking fee to your guests at checkout (they expect it and it doesn't affect conversions), or pay a flat rate directly to us. You choose what works best for your business.
European guests typically don't expect booking fees at checkout. We recommend parks absorb the cost directly — it's a cleaner experience and the numbers work out great. But we're flexible and happy to discuss what works for your market.
