What exactly is free for 2026?
Everything the platform does today: online booking, digital waivers with guardian consent, group claim links, iPad POS, upgrades and add-ons, rule-based pricing and capacity control. Memberships and season passes arrive in early November 2026. Gift cards are on the roadmap. If you sign up now, you pay nothing until 2027. No credit card required to start.
What happens in 2027?
We are still finalising the pricing structure. What we can say now: it is confirmed to you in writing before you go live, there are no hidden add-ons, and we are building wakesys to be the best value in the industry.
Will you match competitor pricing?
Absolutely. If you're currently using another booking system and want to switch, show us what you're paying and we'll undercut it. Simple as that.
Are there any transaction fees?
During the free period there is no wakesys platform fee on top of Stripe's standard processing rate (2.9% + 30¢ in the US, varies by region), the same rate you would pay using Stripe directly. Pricing after that is confirmed in writing before you go live, and there are no hidden charges.
How does the booking fee model work in the US?
You have complete flexibility. Based on our testing, we offer two options: pass a small booking fee to your guests at checkout (they expect it and it doesn't affect conversions), or pay a flat rate directly to us. You choose what works best for your business.
How does pricing work in Europe?
European guests typically don't expect booking fees at checkout. We recommend parks absorb the cost directly. It's a cleaner experience and the numbers work out great. But we're flexible and happy to discuss what works for your market.

Which wakesys platform would my park use?
Two platforms, one company. wakesys 5.0 has run cable and water-ski parks since 2013 and includes RFID wristbands, gate control, lap counting, operator screens, memberships and season passes, gift cards, equipment rental, food-and-beverage ordering and fiscal compliance for Germany and Austria (TSE/EFSTA, RKSV). The new wakesys platform, launched in March 2026, is where all new development happens: online booking, pre-arrival waivers with guardian consent, per-guest claim links, iPad POS, upgrades and rule-based pricing. It does not yet have memberships, gift cards, rental inventory, RFID or the fiscal layer; those are being brought across, with the fiscal layer committed for the start of the 2027 season. New cable parks in Germany and Austria go live on wakesys 5.0 today; every other venue type starts on the new platform. If a feature matters to you, ask which platform it is on and we will tell you.
