Group rates, repeat-session and activity upgrades, and add-ons. wakesys surfaces each offer at the right moment in the booking flow and applies the discount automatically.
Guests come for one activity. Offer more at the right moment, in a single tap, and a surprising share of them say yes.
Each one is a small decision at the right moment, priced to make the guest say yes. Configured per park, applied automatically.

Set a quantity threshold and a group price. When a booking reaches it, wakesys reprices the tickets in that time slot to the group rate, live, as the count goes up.
For example, an $18 ticket drops to $16 each once a group reaches 10.
Once a guest has one session in the cart, wakesys can offer another at a lower price. Repeat the same activity later that day, or add a different one at an upgrade price.
For example, a Ropes Course session shown at $18 is charged at $9.99 once the Aqua Park is in the cart.

Near the end of the flow, wakesys shows a Want to add more fun? screen that offers a relevant second activity at a bundle-and-save price. One tap adds it, or the guest keeps moving.
For example, after the Aqua Park, the Ropes Course and Wakeboard appear at $9.99 instead of full price.
Attach add-ons to any activity and wakesys shows an Enhance your visit with add-ons step. Guests pick quantities with a simple stepper, so extras land in the cart before they ever arrive.
For example, Aqua Socks at $3 and Shaved Ice at $5, added right before checkout.

Every upsell stacks in the same cart. Group rate, second session, an added activity, a few add-ons. The guest opts into each one, and the basket grows without a single hard sell.
more per online booking on average, spread across all bookings, in our own park after switching to wakesys.
The upsell only ever appears when it helps, and it is priced to be an easy yes.
The right price and the right offer surface in the flow. Nobody has to remember a promo code.
Upgrades only show when the activity has room, so you fill quiet sessions instead of overloading peak times.
Group thresholds, discounts, upgrade prices and add-ons are all set up for your park and your activities.
Small decisions at the right moment, with the original price always visible. One tap to add, one tap to skip.
How group rates, second-session discounts, upgrades and add-ons work in wakesys.
A bundle asks the guest to decide on everything up front, at the moment their willingness to buy is lowest. An upsell asks for one small addition at the right moment, once they have already committed to what they came for. Same total, but far more people say yes to the upsell.
You set a quantity threshold and a group price per activity. When a booking reaches the threshold, wakesys reprices the tickets in that time slot to the group rate automatically and shows the original price struck through. You can apply it to everyone in the slot or only the tickets above the threshold.
wakesys checks what is already in the cart. If the guest has the qualifying session or activity on the same day, a cheaper version of the next ticket applies. It works for a repeat of the same activity and for adding a different activity at an upgrade price.
It is the upgrade step near the end of the booking flow. wakesys offers a relevant second activity at a bundle-and-save price, but only when the guest qualifies and the activity still has capacity that day. A clear No, thanks keeps it optional.
Yes. Add-ons are products you attach to an activity, such as wetsuits, shoes, socks or shaved ice. Guests choose quantities on the Enhance your visit with add-ons step, so extras are pre-sold before they arrive.
Group thresholds, discounts, upgrade prices and add-ons are configured per park for your activities. The pricing engine then applies the right price and offer automatically in the booking flow. Book a demo and we will set it up with you.
