Yes! Riders can log into their account and see their complete ride history, including lap counts per session, total laps over time, and which cables/boats they've used. Many parks use this as a loyalty feature. Riders love tracking their progress.

wakesys integrates with Stripe for cards, plus PayPal, Klarna, Sofort, and Giropay depending on your region. On-site you can accept cash, cards via Adyen Terminal, or let customers use their prepaid account balance.

Two platforms, one company. wakesys 5.0 has run cable and water-ski parks since 2013 and includes RFID wristbands, gate control, lap counting, operator screens, memberships and season passes, gift cards, equipment rental, food-and-beverage ordering and fiscal compliance for Germany and Austria (TSE/EFSTA, RKSV). The new wakesys platform, launched in March 2026, is where all new development happens: online booking, pre-arrival waivers with guardian consent, per-guest claim links, iPad POS, upgrades and rule-based pricing. It does not yet have memberships, gift cards, rental inventory, RFID or the fiscal layer; those are being brought across, with the fiscal layer committed for the start of the 2027 season.
