Memberships & season passes

Memberships that know who's coming

Stupid simple memberships, season passes and punch cards for activity parks. Every membership belongs to a real person on a family account, so members book like everyone else and their price is already there. No code to type, share or forget.

From buying a pass to booking a visit

Three parts, every screen the family sees. Tap a step to jump to it.

A parent buys memberships for everyone in one go, and each one lands on the right person.

  1. 1/7Pick the membership

Memberships sit on the same page as the park's activities. Scroll down and there they are.

Nobody has to register every child before buying. Add them afterwards and the membership moves onto them.

Same booking page, same time slots. The only extra step is signing in, and only for families with a membership.

Details that stop the support calls

"What's my membership code again?"

There is no membership code. Members sign in with their e-mail, and their pass is already on their name.

The code that got passed around

Nothing to hand over. A membership belongs to one named person on the family account, and a friend on the same booking pays the normal price.

The member at the gate on a sold-out day

Booking a member visit takes a few taps on the normal booking page, so members book ahead like everyone else instead of turning up and finding the day full.

"Why can't I use my kid's pass?"

Age and gender rules are checked when the parent picks who a membership is for, before anyone pays.

"Which pass does Levi have?"

Once every membership is assigned, the family gets one e-mail with a box per person: pass, dates, where it's valid and what it includes.

Your rules

Set it up the way your park sells it

Age

Adult pass from 12, kids pass under 12. Checked against each person's date of birth.

Gender

Run a ladies' membership or a men's league pass if that's what you sell.

Included visits

Visits covered by the membership show as Included when the member books.

Member prices

A percentage or a fixed amount off tickets, shown next to the crossed-out normal price.

Seasons and terms

Fixed start and end dates for a season, with the validity and renewal price shown up front.

Punch cards

Sell 10 visits. Each booking uses one.

December 2026: monthly and annual memberships that renew on their own, billed by card through Stripe, so nobody has to buy their pass again after a year.

How it works at most parks

The membership is a discount code

At parks on wakesys, the 30% of guests who come back most often bring more than 60% of the revenue. Most booking systems make exactly those people type a discount code, once for every person, on every booking.

A 13-digit number, every time

Something like 372817-1220750, typed into the promo box for every member on every booking. Parents forget it and call you, or skip booking online and get turned away when the session is full. Your most loyal customers deserve better than that.

A code works for anyone

A number in a promo box can't tell who typed it. So the check moves to the counter, where staff compare a photo after the booking is already paid.

A name, not a person

Often the pass holds a first and last name and nothing else. The child it's for isn't a customer, so nothing ties the pass to their waiver or their visits.

Members lost at renewal

When the pass ends, members have to buy again, and some don't. One indoor playground lost 15% of its monthly members when its software ended every membership after a year.

Frequently Asked Questions

Memberships, season passes and punch cards. You set the dates and validity, the renewal price, an age or gender rule, and what members get: included visits, or a percentage or fixed amount off tickets. Monthly and annual memberships that renew on their own arrive in December 2026.

No. A member signs in with their e-mail, picks a time, and sees everyone on their family account with their member price. There is no membership number and no promo code to type.

Yes. In one checkout the parent picks each person the membership is for: themselves, a partner, each child already on the account. Kids who aren't on the account yet are added after checkout with their date of birth, and the membership moves onto them.

Most FEC software treats a membership as a discount code. The member digs out a number, types it into the promo code box for every person on every booking, and calls the park when they forget it. The pass often holds just a name, so the child it's for isn't a real customer, and a code works for whoever types it. wakesys fixes that for families who book together. Every membership sits on a named person on the family account. Members sign in and see each person's price on the normal booking page: included visits, a member price, or the normal price for anyone without a pass. Parents buy for the whole family in one checkout, age and gender rules are checked before anyone pays, and nobody types a membership number.

On ROLLER the most common way to use a membership online is typing the membership number, something like 372817-1220750, into the discount code field, once for every member on every booking. Aluvii members log in with a password and click through a separate "My Reservation" page, about 12 clicks per reservation. On wakesys the member signs in and ticks who's coming on the same booking page every guest uses.

A membership covers the one person it belongs to. Friends can come along on the same booking and pay the normal price.

Yes. A membership can have an age range, checked against each person's date of birth, and a gender rule, so an adult pass can't go on a child and a ladies' membership only goes to women.

Monthly and annual billing that renews on its own arrives in December 2026. Until then memberships and season passes are paid once, up front, with the renewal price shown on the membership.

At parks on wakesys, the 30% of guests who come back most often bring more than 60% of the revenue. That's why members should book faster than anyone else, not slower.
